The Mathematics Instruction Concentration is ideal for anyone currently teaching secondary mathematics or who has a desire to teach dual enrollment or community college mathematics. This concentration is designed to increase mathematics content and pedagogy skills and complete their degrees while continuing to teach secondary mathematics. The program is offered on-campus. The faculty in the Mathematics Instruction Concentration have experience teaching mathematics at all levels of secondary and post-secondary school. Many faculty maintain their teaching licenses. The faculty are active in local, state, and national professional mathematics education organizations.
